New Super Low Latency Trading
Opportunity
Lek Securities is pleased
to announce that beginning June 2010, we will be offering a
new super low latency co-location opportunity to our
customers in the New York Stock Exchange’s brand new
facility in Mahwah New Jersey.
By co-locating in Mahwah, customers will have the
fastest possible access to the NYSE and ARCA exchanges.
All NYSE/ARCA clients will be treated equally;
members and sponsored participants will all have a 185 foot
fiber cable to the exchanges’ matching engines.
Customers will also have lightning fast access to
market data. The CTS/CQS and OPRA feeds as well as NASDAQ’s
UQDF feed will be available though the SFTI network, but
more significantly, customers will have direct local access
to the NYSE’s BBO feed and the ARCA book, both of which are
advertised by the exchanges as being significantly faster
than the consolidated quote feed. Mahwah offers the absolute
lowest latency trading opportunity in the industry, and we
expect that other market centers will soon also try to
locate their matching engines in the facility.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this
opportunity, we urge you to contact us immediately,
as space is limited. Testing
of co-located equipment will commence on June 1st
and is targeted for completion by July 15th.
Customers that are late will have to wait until
September as there will be a black-out period between July
18 and August 31st.
For more information about the
opportunity, please contact your account representative.
